Always on the go, he actively looks after factory operations and new product development to ensure the smooth progression of the company’s growth story.

Mr. DHIREN CHHEDA (DIRECTOR)

The true successor and the scion to the sovereignty of Vinay Electrical Solutions, Mr Dhiren Chheda is more than just the entrepreneur. He joined the firm, that his father owned, at a tender age and solely manoeuvred the reins during the crucial transition of the company. An expert conversationalist and front runner, he shouldered every responsibility with his father to elevate the company’s stature and bring it amongst the best in the privy league of the electrical industry. Blessed with insatiable curiosity, Mr Dhiren Chheda pioneered strategic initiatives and travelled widely, bringing home new ideas, knowledge and technologies. His vision and efforts propelled the company to expand and stretch its roots and lead the company towards technical revolutions and innovations. With his undying zest to keep evolving the best, Mr Dhiren Chheda has been actively involved in every area of operation. He has been instrumental in implementing several strategic moves integrating innovation over the past two decades. With an assortment of passions and commitments, he has been leading in Research and Development, the pumping the heart and soul of the company. With his deep understanding of the ever-evolving lifestyle and futuristic trends, he envisioned smarter homes as the need of the hour. He spearheaded and lead the company towards launching an entire gamut of affordable Home Automation products that have been conceptualized, designed and proudly manufactured in India. Mr. KAMLESH CHHEDA (DIRECTOR)

Always calm and composed, Mr. Kamlesh Chheda just appears to be so from outside. Internally, he is constantly planning his tasks and studying every minute detail around him. After joining Vinay Electrical Solutions at a young age, he acquired all business-related skills on the job by handling work head on. Gifted with impeccable observation skills and capacity to see through any project, the reticent man takes complete ownership of work whether it’s overlooking the manufacturing units or looking into the day-to-day operations at Vinay Electrical Solutions. A true go-getter and result-oriented, he is the most dependable person when it comes to making informed decisions and achieving long-term goals.

Mr. SAMIR GALA (DIRECTOR)

Sales, marketing, purchase, factory operations, there is not a single aspect of Vinay Electrical Solutions that hasn’t been touched by Mr. Samir Gala. His hands-on experience in every vertical at the company gives him a thorough understanding of the business. Currently, he leads the Lighting division at the company. However, his true childhood passion is numbers which pushed him toward taking charge of the Finance department too. It’s his love for travel that makes it natural for him to explore new avenues and take risks at work which has benefitted the company.

Mr. KUNAL NANDU (DIRECTOR)

Passionate about Cricket, Mr. Jinay Dedhia lives the game in his real life. His unshakeable team spirit helps him enhance the energy within Vinay Electrical Solutions whereas his selfless nature brings out the best in everyone. During his very first innings at the company, he managed the Logistics department, the most vital appendage of any business. Today, Vinay Electrical Solutions’ strong and smooth operations nationwide certify his diligence and thirst for excellence in every area. Eventually, he moved on to steer the marketing practices for the company by effortlessly adapting himself into the role. His all-rounder personality has been quite instrumental in bringing the change at Vinay Electrical Solutions.
